Theatre essentials with Rosina Piovani

Explore the acting essentials of listening, responding, character creation, psychology and physicality.

Starting with games and theatre exercises, we will explore how we listen, how we speak, how we respond to others, and how we approach character creation in theatre.

In this workshop for adults, we'll explore theatre techniques collectively to re-connect with ourselves, with others, and with our environment. We'll create moments of laughter, creativity, collaboration, and joy. While we're not aiming to win an Oscar, we are aiming to have fun, leave all our worries and problems outside the room, and live in the moment.

Rosina is an actress, director and co-founder of Actor Collective who's been working in theatre since 2006.

All actors are welcome, whether amateur or professional, experienced or just starting out.
