Henderson Pavilion: Casting Crowns

Details
Recently voted 2014 Artist of the Year by K-LOVE Fan Awards, CASTING CROWNS will be in Henderson as part of their 2014 THRIVE tour. A contemporary Christian rock band started in 1999, Casting Crowns continues to delight fans with their encouraging, award-winning songs, including “Lifesong,” “East to West,” and “Courageous.”
Also appearing is Mandisa, whose song “Overcomer” was Song of the Year at the KLOVE Fan Awards, and the popular band Sidewalk Prophets.
Located in the master-planned community of Green Valley, just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, the Henderson Pavilion is the largest outdoor amphitheatre in Nevada and the first of its kind in the state. The Pavilion is a 2,500-seat (http://www.hendersonlive.com/pavilion/venue-info/seating-chart) state-of-the-art venue for visual and performing arts, with a stage (http://www.hendersonlive.com/docs/Pavilion-Stage-Plot.pdf) that can accommodate solo performances, concerts, full-scale Broadway productions, or any large convention or event.
Volunteers are needed to take tickets, greet guest and serve as ushers in this amazing venue. The folks at The Pavilion are quickly becoming AOK favorites as they are just so darned nice and appreciative. Once the work is done, all volunteers are welcome to take a seat and enjoy this first class performance.
To distinguish yourself as a volunteer, please wear black pants and a white shirt. You will be given a vest once you check in with Diane at the office near will-call.
As always, please RSVP with integrity and give a shout if you have any questions.
