New Year's Eve Intention Setting Workshop

What better way to set you up for 2024 than to take some time to reflect on what has gone well this last year, and be intentional about what you would like your life to look like moving forward?

Join me with a notepad and pen for a New Years Eve Intention Setting Workshop where you will:
- Reflect on 2023: what went well? What didn't go so well? What was missing?
- Check in with yourself and think about what you REALLY want in life
- Bring awareness to what you would like to do differently moving forward. What would you like to change and how?
- Release what's no longer serving you through Emotional Freedom Technique also known as 'Tapping'. This is a therapy which combines Chinese acupressure with modern psychology and visualisation to clear negative thoughts, traumas, and dense emotions.
- Identify your 'North Star', your guiding light, your life mission which drives what you do
- Identify your 'Ikigai', your 'reason for being'
- Envision your ideal life
- Visualisation meditation
- Acknowledge what's holding you back, release fear, and rewrite your story
- Set intentions and practical steps to move towards your north star, your ideal life
- Write a letter to your future self one year from now
- Show gratitude
