Have you ever heard about a “plant-base diet”?

It’s not just tofu and greens; there are tons of ingredients that we can easily find to make a simple and healthy meal in our daily cooking.

Come join Green Menu’s “Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone”. We will be co-working with Los Angeles Es Buddhist Union（普提寺） on this coming Sunday.

The instructor, Daisy Wu, is an experienced vegetarian chef. She loves to cook and share her dishes and ideas with everyone. Classes are conducted in Chinese with English translation (and Cantonese if needed).
