Laban Technique and BG filming opportunity

This class will begin with warm up excercises, then we will play a few games to have a bit of fun. After that we will get into some Laban technique principles. There will be some filming here as two of the participants are actors for a film. Other participants will be BG for this, but dont worry it wont interfere with the workshop. Then the last bit of the night we will shoot a scene in the entrance hall. You are welcome to stay behind to watch.
