Every Wednesday at 11:00 AM, we open the doors of our Patrick Lane office to hungry investors for a 90-minute "Deal Scrub." We aren’t here to look at slides or listen to a pitch—we’re here to look at the numbers. Whether it’s off-market, wholesale, or creative finance, bring what you're working on and let’s find a way to close it.
### The Agenda:
- 11:00 – 11:15: Market Pulse (What’s moving in the current landscape and where the capital is flowing.)
- 11:15 – 12:15: The Live Scrub (Bring your active leads. We pull them up, analyze the exit strategies, and vet the deal live with the group.)
- 12:15 – 12:30: The Partnership Loop (Direct matchmaking. If you have the deal and need the capital, or have the capital and need the deal—this is where we pair up.)
