• 09:00 AM | Live Auction Phase 1: Watch the Sheriff Civil sale process in real-time. We’ll observe the bidding on multiple scheduled residential assets and discuss the legal maneuvers as they happen.
• 09:30 AM | Live Auction Phase 2: Continuation of the morning's sales. We will analyze the bid-to-value ratios and the impact of senior vs. junior liens on the fly.
• 10:30 AM | Wrap-Up & Transition: We will conclude the session at the courthouse steps with a final Q&A and head over to the office.
• 11:00 AM | Weekly Meeting at the Office: The experience continues at the office for our weekly meeting. We’ll decompress from the auction results, network, and dive into our weekly real estate strategy session.
