That is what the ARC test drive is for.

In two live test drives, we put one real topic each on one page with the Adaptive Roadmap Canvas™ (ARC). A decision, a change, an idea or an open question. Together, we look at it:

What is changing right now?
What helps?
What holds us back?
Where do we want to go?
What is the next reasonable step?

In this workshop, you don't plan the whole year. You set your direction for 2027 and your steps for the first 90 days. On one page. With the Adaptive Roadmap Canvas (ARC).

You come with a topic of your own. Your business, your project, your role. You leave with your own ARC.

HOW THE HALF DAY WORKS
Five steps. Each one starts with a short introduction. Then you work on your own board. Afterwards, you meet a learning partner for a few minutes.

1. Where do you stand right now?
2. What is changing around you? What do you have, and what is missing?
3. Where do you want to go in 2027? What matters most in the first quarter?
4. What is your next step, and when?
5. How will you know in March that you are on track?

SMALL GROUP
Six participants at most. The session takes place in any case. No prior knowledge needed.
