What we’re about
Support group to mainly share experiences for late-diagnosed, high-masking autistic women 40+. undiagnosed/self-diagnosed/early-diagnosed autistic women around 40 years old are of course also welcome.
My idea for this group is contacting a local restaurant and asking to book for a group of autistic women every 2nd Sunday of the month from 2pm-5pm. I would ask for some accommodations like low lighting, restaurant won’t be busy, etc. or anything else anyone needs :)
For the first few meetups we could bring support people if needed, but the ultimate goal would be to develop an all women’s group where we can hang out and get support for our autistic experiences.
