We are building a dynamic community dedicated to the science and art of transformational mentorship and impactful leadership for WOMEN (in this first phase).
This is a space for those who believe that true success lies in empowering others and creating opportunities that benefit our society.
If you feel you are a leader, or are working on becoming one, and you genuinely inspire, develop, and foster high-performing teams. This is a space for you! :)
The spots are limited, and we respect others' time. We have some questions to help you identify if our community is the perfect fit for you!
- Are you committed to continuous learning, recognizing that even as a mentor, you can learn valuable insights from your mentees? (Yes/No)
- When facing a challenge, do you focus more on building a system to prevent recurrence than on assigning blame? (Yes/No)
- Do you believe the primary goal of mentorship is to give mentees the tools to eventually outgrow the need for your direct guidance? (Yes/No)
- When you share advice, do you prioritize asking clarifying questions over simply offering a solution? (Yes/ No)
