#### Speaker topics:

1. Forum Bakrania — User experience in healthcare
   Forum will be sharing how she has used design and technology to support the blood collection process to enable faster and more accurate testing.
2. Natasha Ballantyne — Design and research with people in vulnerable circumstances
   Natasha will explore human centred research and customer experience in the context of a few case studies – engaging people with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, and emergency services.
3. Followed by Q&A and Networking
