This is an intimate, interactive session, learning about all things butter and dairy and, of course, eating.
Come along to a pop up series at the new Nailsworth Community Shed for a taste of culture, tradition and Butter!
Join SLOW FOOD SA as they demystifies the art of all things butter.
In this workshop you will learn all about sustainability in the kitchen - more flavour, less waste; respecting ingredients, learning traditional techniques and most importantly, eating.
Please note that this workshop is 16+. We welcome everyone from all skills and background to come and learn with us.
