What we’re about
What we’re about:
You don’t need another productivity hack. You need a rhythm.
Most founders, independents, and small business owners don’t struggle with ideas. You struggle with keeping promises to yourself, week after week, when nobody is watching.
You’ve probably tried the usual fixes:
> Task apps and digital dashboards
> Time-blocking, Pomodoro timers
> Courses and “high performance” books
> Accountability posts on LinkedIn...
They all help for a week. Then real life hits. Client work. Firefighting. Kids. Fatigue. Next thing you know, the week’s gone and the “important but not urgent” work didn’t move.
This group exists to solve that problem.
We are a live, guided Weekly Goal Setting and Execution Check-In.
We meet online, same time every week (Melbourne time), and we do three things together:
- Quick reality check: “What did you commit to last week, and what actually happened?”
- Root-cause scan: “Why did it play out that way?” (time? focus? overwhelm? avoidance?)
- One focused commitment: “What’s the one meaningful win you will lock in before next week?”
No fluff, no 90-minute lecture, no guru talk. It’s working time. You speak. You get witnessed. You commit.
Why it works:
Rhythm beats motivation. Motivation comes and goes. Weekly ritual holds you steady.
Meaningful goals stay in view. You reconnect every 7 days to the work that actually moves your business and your life forward — not just today’s inbox.
Who this is for:
- Solo founders, consultants, creatives, builders, small business owners
- High-responsibility professionals who are sick of “busy but not moving”
- People who are already serious, already in the game — just not consistent yet
Who this is NOT for:
- Passive spectators
- “Somebody fix me” mindset
- Pitch hunters or spam
Cost: AQMeets Lite is free.
There’s no hard sell in the session, no awkward upsell segment. This is about building an execution habit in community — not being talked at. (Meetup allows groups with a commercial brand as long as the events are real, valuable gatherings and not just sales funnels. We honour that.)
So if you’re done collecting tips and you’re ready to build a weekly execution rhythm you can actually stick to, join us.
3. Who should join:
> You’re in/near Adelaide and you want consistent weekly progress.
> You own your outcomes — founder, indie operator, consultant, coach, agency owner, startup lead, senior exec in a small team.
> You already know what you should be doing. The gap is doing it reliably.
> You value honesty. You’re willing to say, “I didn’t do it,” look at why, and fix that, not just write a bigger to-do list.
If that’s you, you’ll fit in here fast.

Weekly Wrap for Adelaide Entrepreneurs – Reset, Refocus & Plan Your Week
•OnlineOnline### Where?
Steaming live online from 6.25pm on Sundays in Adelaide, on the following page:
http://meetups.aqmeets.com/rlaepdhaa/
(Please visit the link now, and get yourself ready with the preset resources before hand.)
### What is the Weekly Wrap?
The Weekly Wrap is a guided 60–90 minute review and planning session for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners who want to finish each week clear, organised, and ready for the next one.
Instead of ending the week scattered and tired, we slow down just enough to:
- Look at what actually happened this week
- Learn from it (wins, misses, surprises)
- Decide what really matters for next week
- Commit to a simple, focused action plan
It’s not a lecture. It’s a working session, with prompts, structure, and gentle accountability.

Guided prompts to reflect on:
- What moved the needle
- What got in the way
- Where you drifted vs. stayed on track
- Plan the week ahead (14 mins)
You’ll choose:
- Your top 1–3 priorities for next week
- One small habit or improvement to test
- What you will stop doing or park for later
