**What is the Weekly Wrap?**
The **Weekly Wrap** is a guided 60–75 minute review and planning session for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business owners who want to **finish each week clear, organised, and ready for the next one**.

Instead of ending the week scattered and tired, we slow down just enough to:

* Look at what actually happened this week
* Learn from it (wins, misses, surprises)
* Decide what *really matters* for next week
* Commit to a simple, focused action plan

It’s not a lecture. It’s a **working session**, with prompts, structure, and gentle accountability.

**Who this is for**
This Meetup is for you if you are:

* A **founder, entrepreneur, or small business owner**
* Juggling too many tasks and reacting instead of leading
* Great at starting things, but struggle to **finish the right things**
* Tired of going week-to-week without a clear rhythm or review
* Looking for **real accountability** and a simple structure you can rely on

You do **not** need to know anything about AQMeets or any special system in advance. Just bring yourself and your current goals.

**What we’ll do in the session**
In each Weekly Wrap, we’ll work through a simple structure:

1. **Check-in & weely wisdom (10–12 mins)**

Quick introductions (for new people) and a review of a key first principle of great entrepreneurship and peak performance.
2. **Review the week that was (40 mins)**

Guided prompts to reflect on:
* What moved the needle
* What got in the way
* Where you drifted vs. stayed on track
3. **Plan the week ahead (14 mins)**

You’ll choose:
4. Your **top 1–3 priorities** for next week
5. One small habit or improvement to test
6. What you will *stop* doing or park for later
7. **Accountability round (10-20 mins)**

Further opportunities are available to share key commitments with others.

**What you’ll walk away with**
By the end of the Weekly Wrap, you’ll have:

* A **clear, written plan** for your next week
* A short list of **realistic, meaningful priorities**
* Greater awareness of where your time and energy actually went
* A sense of **progress and momentum**, not just busy-ness
* Encouragement from a small group of peers on the same journey

There is **no selling** during the session. If you find it helpful, you’ll have the option to create a free **AQMeets Lite** account to keep using the Weekly Wrap structure between meetings.

* Any current goals or projects you’re working on
* Something to write with (paper, journal, or digital notes)
* A willingness to be honest about what’s working – and what’s not
