The Expression Room is a two-hour guided art session designed to help you reconnect with your inner child and heal through creative expression. The session begins with light icebreakers to build a warm, supportive atmosphere and make participants feel at ease. This is followed by a gentle 15-minute guided visualization, helping you tap into your emotions and imagine a personal “safe space.” Using basic colours and a blank sheet or canvas, you’ll then bring that inner safe space to life through drawing. No artistic skills are needed—this experience is about expression, not perfection. As you create, you’ll be encouraged to let your emotions flow freely through shapes, colors, and imagination. Toward the end, there will be an optional sharing circle for reflection, allowing you to connect with others and feel seen in a non-judgmental space. All you need to join is a few basic colours, one blank sheet or canvas, a quiet spot, and an open heart. Whether you're new to art or just looking to reconnect with yourself, The Expression Room offers a nurturing space to feel, express, and heal—one brushstroke at a time.
