Drawing on lessons learned from building real-world AI solutions and agents, this session explores what happens beyond the demo. We’ll look at the practical challenges of taking AI from an idea to something people can actually use, including data quality, grounding, accuracy, confidence, testing, integration and dealing with unexpected behaviour.
Using real projects and experiments as examples, we’ll explore what worked, what didn’t, and the lessons that can help you build more reliable AI solutions and Copilot agents.
