The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, born out of the pioneering work of Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979, has now transformed lives worldwide. It offers an intensive eight-week journey into mindfulness, with weekly group sessions spanning three hours and a commitment to almost an hour of daily individual practice.

Designed for groups of 6 to 14 individuals, the MBSR programme invites you to change your relationship with life's stressors, alleviating both physical and mental discomfort. More than just stress reduction, this journey fosters a deeper connection with yourself and others in both professional and personal domains.

The 8-week integration course includes:

  • Orientation: A two-hour mindfulness introduction session.
  • Weekly Sessions: Eight immersive sessions (2.5 to 3 hours each).
  • Daily Practice: Guided daily mindfulness practices.
  • Guided Meditations: Audio files for guided meditations.
  • Yoga Routines: Gentle yoga-style stretching.
  • Informal Practices: Techniques for daily-life integration.
  • Mindful Attitudes: Tools to sustain mindfulness practice.
  • Certificate: Certificate of Completion upon program end.
  • NOTE: This programme is a prerequisite for taking part in the MBSR instructor certification programme.
