Morialta - Fourth Creek Walk 1 - 'Source' to 3rd Falls, 2nd & 1st Falls

This is Grade 3-4, 7.5 - 8 km hike begins near the source of Fourth Creek. It is a for a minimum of 4 people. We meet at Gate 14, Colonial Drive which is near Norton Summit. You need to drive slowly so that you don't pass this entry to Morialta Conservation Park. Please refer to the map in the link. This walk is Section 1 of a 3 section walk series along the banks of Fourth Creek. It takes us to the 3 waterfalls of Morialta. Hiking poles are recommended as we need to cross the creek and there are some steep sections. The walk starts from Gate 14 Colonial Drive, Morialta Conservation Park near Norton Summit. Be prepared for some rain. After the walk we might like to visit The Scenic Hotel, Norton Summit for a coffee or a bite to eat. My number is 0487 317 177 should you need to call me.
