About us
Welcome to the ADHD/Autism/AuDHD Women's Social Hub —a supportive, judgment-free space for neurodivergent women to connect, socialize, and build genuine community. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or have known for years, you’re welcome here. This group is for those who identify as women including trans women and non-binary people who identify with feminine-centered spaces.
This group is about:
-Making friendships with fellow ADHD/AuDHD women
-Feeling understood and accepted
-Sharing stories, strategies, laughs, and support
-Creating a safe space for authentic connection
-This group is a welcoming, supportive space for women and femme-aligned people who identify with ADHD, autism, or both.
-All neurotypes, backgrounds, races, identities, and lived experiences are valued here.
-We honor each person’s communication style, sensory needs, and pacing.
-You are encouraged to show up exactly as you are—stim, pause, fidget, info-dump, be quiet, be chatty, or take space when you need it.
-Our expectations are simple:
- Kindness, respect, and curiosity toward one another
- Inclusivity in our words and actions
- No judgment about how anyone’s brain works
This is a place to feel understood, not masked.
This is a women-centered Meetup for people with autism and/or ADHD (including trans women and non-binary people who identify with women’s lived experiences). To keep the space safe and relevant, membership is approved by request.
