Join us for a body doubling session. We'll start promptly at five minutes past 4pm EDT/EST. We'll do a quick intro and explain how the virtual event will run. You will be able to introduce yourself with a quick hello and what you're hoping to achieve with the time today (no pressure!). We'll do two 30-minute sessions with a quick chat in-between for those who need it. Chat will be available throughout the session. Please make every effort to be on-camera as this helps everyone feel more supported by a "live" person.

Body doubling is a technique that involves having a supportive individual present as you engage in tasks to help you stay on track and manage distractions. Whether you are looking to boost your work performance, improve time management, or simply connect with others who understand the challenges of living with ADHD, this event is for you.
