Women with ADHD: Princes Park Walk & Talk

Details
What can you expect?
This is an event for Women and non-binary people with ADHD to meet like-minded individuals in a friendly, relaxed setting.
We'll be taking a stroll around Princes Park, and chatting as we walk. The walk will take around 45 - 60 minutes. If the weather is nice, we'll find a spot to sit down afterwards and there'll be optional outdoor games. Feel free to bring snacks along for a picnic if you like, too!
What time will the event be running?
We'll meet at 11am and we'll start walking at around 11:10am. Please try and arrive at 11am or earlier so that we can all set off together.
Where will we be meeting?
We'll share the meeting place on the event page closer to the time, so please keep an eye out for further details.
Do you need to have an ADHD diagnosis to attend?
No, not at all! Many of our group members suspect they may have ADHD, or are waiting for a diagnosis, and find it useful speaking to others in the group.
How much will the event cost?
Tickets cost £3 and any money raised covers future event costs and any surplus will enable us to host more events in the future!
We'll have a card machine with us, so you can pay by card on the day.
If you are unemployed or the £3 fee is an issue for you, please get in touch with us at adhdconnectinfo@gmail.com and we can offer you a free spot.
Please note that you are welcome to bring dogs with you. If you would like to bring your dog, please be aware of attendees that you're walking with and just double check that they're OK with dogs.
We'd love to take photos on the day of the group (no close-ups, we promise). If you don't want to be included in any of the group shots, please let Hannah or Jess know on the day.
