Come join us for a relaxed and friendly meetup in the park for people with ADHD! Whether you've been officially diagnosed or just feel like your brain works a little differently, you're welcome here. This is a judgment-free space to connect, share experiences, and just be yourself around others who get it.
No pressure, no strict schedule—just good vibes and good company.
Bring a blanket, snacks, fidget toys, or whatever makes you comfortable. Friends, partners, and neurodivergent-friendly folks are welcome too!
