A fun social skills group for children ages 10 to 14
Does your child find it difficult to make friends, start conversations, join group activities, or feel confident around other kids? Or are they simply looking for more opportunities to build meaningful friendships?
Friendship Quest is a welcoming, therapist-led group where children can connect with peers in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment while learning practical social skills they can use every day.
Each session combines fun games, interactive activities, teamwork, and guided discussions that help children naturally develop friendships while learning skills such as:
• Starting and maintaining conversations
• Making new friends
• Reading social cues and body language
• Understanding personal space and boundaries
• Taking turns and sharing conversations
• Managing disagreements respectfully
• Building confidence in social situations
• Working as part of a team
• Understanding emotions in themselves and others
• Including others and handling feelings of exclusion
• Problem solving together
• Practicing kindness, empathy and respect
Children will have plenty of opportunities to laugh, play, collaborate, and build genuine friendships with peers who may have similar experiences.

Whether your child is shy, anxious, has ADHD, or simply wants more opportunities to connect with others, this group provides a supportive place where they can develop confidence and meaningful friendships at their own pace.
Ages: 10 to 14
Fee: $60 - Receipt will be provided
If you have private insurance, please ask your insurance provider if you have coverage for psychotherapy for reimbursement. Groups are ran by Registered Psychotherapists.
