• Coworking: Laptops open, phones down. Body doubling with people who don’t need it explained.

• Accountability check-ins: Say what you’ll do out loud. Come back and tell us if you did it. External pressure works, so we’re making it the friendly kind.

• Money & growth chats: Pricing, revenue, systems. The stuff that turns 20 ideas into actual income. And keeps it growing.
