What we’re about

Every second Sunday of the month 19:00-21:00 CE(S)T , we host a supportive online meetup for people with ADHD, autism, or both, whether diagnosed, self diagnosed or still figuring things out. We share experiences, exchange tips, and laugh about the weird and wonderful stuff our brains do 🤪💡

It’s a peer-to-peer community. Everyone brings their own story, and we learn from one another. Whether you feel like talking or just listening, you’re always welcome 💛

🌟 Some common topics we chat about:

  • Burnout and sensory overwhelm 🧯
  • The rollercoaster of starting/stopping meds 🎢💊
  • Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) + emotional regulation 😣❤️‍🩹
  • Navigating work, school, or relationships while neurodivergent 🧩
  • Unmasking, self-acceptance, and finding your own ways🌱

🚪Come exactly as you are. No pressure to be "on" or polished.
Totally acceptable (and common!) things in our group:

  • 🍜 Mid-dinner
  • 🕓 “Late” (you forgot, got distracted, or hyperfocused, it’s fine, come in late!)
  • 😴 Pajamas, camera off, curled up in bed

Basically: just bring your current self.

Community guidelines
To keep this group supportive for everyone, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:

  • Respect each other’s experiences - Everyone's brain, lifes and experience is different. We don't judge!
  • Everything shared is confidential - What’s said in the group stays in the group.
  • No ableism, racism, sexism, transphobia, or any form of discrimination - Zero tolerance.
  • If something feels off, let us know - We’re still learning too, and we want to make this space safer for everyone.
