What we’re about
Helping others with ADHD is rewarding, but—our own ADHD can make it exhausting. As support leaders, ADHD coaches, volunteers, facilitators and mentors, we don’t always have a place to go when we need support ourselves.
We all know how to pull it together when we need to—like, during our client sessions, running our support groups, supporting our support groups, or just helping others navigate ADHD. But outside our on moments—the simplest tasks, like following up with someone, can feel impossible. We tell ourselves we’ll get back to it later, but when it falls below the inbox view—it's still hanging on in the back of our minds, nagging us or making us feel guilty for putting it off even more.
This group is for ADHD coaches, group leaders, group volunteers and mentors to connect, swap ideas, and just be around others who get it. No sales pitches, no “who’s got it all figured out”—just easy conversation with those who live the ups and downs of supporting others. This is your time to recharge, share, and connect. Because even helpers need help.
