What we’re about

What is this group about?
ADHDOutLoud is a community for neurodivergent individuals and their allies who want to build meaningful connections, grow together, and speak openly about the ADHD experience. Whether you’re living with ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodiversity—or you’re supporting someone who is—this group is a space for authenticity, accountability, and growth.

Our Goals:
• Foster connection and reduce isolation by creating a welcoming, judgment-free community.
• Practice metacognition skills together—learning how to better understand, observe, and guide our own thoughts and behaviors.
• Share life hacks, coping strategies, and stories from real people navigating life with neurodiverse brains.
• Create peer-led support systems that encourage consistency, goal achievement, and personal growth.
• Have fun! Connection is healing—and friendship is powerful.

Who should join?
This group is for:
• Neurodivergent adults (diagnosed or self-identified or exploring and not sure)
• Partners, parents, or friends of someone who is neurodiverse
• Anyone interested in understanding ADHD and neurodiversity more deeply
• People who want practical support AND emotional connection

What do we do at events?
🌐 Online Events:
• Topic-based online live meetups: Each month features a new focus like “Managing Time Blindness,” “Productivity with Executive Dysfunction,” or “Rejection Sensitivity & Relationships”
• Guided metacognition exercises & open discussions
• Breakout sessions to share experiences and accountability goals

🤝 In-Person Events:
• Casual mixers and social events to make friends and build your support circle
• Occasional workshops or themed meetups with fun icebreakers and coaching-style prompts
• Safe, inclusive spaces where being yourself is the expectation

Whether you’re navigating neurodiversity or walking beside someone who is—ADHDOutLoud is your space to think out loud, grow out loud, and be yourself out loud.
