Hi! I'm Lawrence.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at the grand old age of 38.
I've since been to a number of ADHD support groups and charities and not found much that was useful.
So I've decided to start a meetup group because I think that the most valuable help and advice comes from people who can relate to your condition.
My aim is to meet virtually once a week and see how it goes from there.
