    Overview
Learn why your brain gets stuck & walk away with tools to manage ADHD overwhelm. Come as you are.
You're not lazy, and you're not a failure. You're just exhausted, trying to function in a world that wasn't designed for your brain.
Join me for an in-person workshop for neurodivergent people who are done trying to hold it all together by sheer force of will. Without pressure or perfection, we'll explore why overwhelm happens, what's going on in your brain, and what you can do about it.

    What You'll Walk Away With:

    1. You'll understand the three types of ADHD overwhelm and why your brain gets stuck the way it does
    2. A selection of tools you can actually use in real life
    3. Learn how to build something that genuinely works with your brain, so you can get out of survival and into actual real action

What to Expect: This space is low pressure, easy, with a small group and genuine conversation. Come as you are, this is not a lecture, it's a couple of hours with other people that genuinely get it, and some super valuable education. We'll start with a quick hello, before we spend the next hour or so diving into the content, after which we'll have space for Q&A and open discussion. This is a small, intimate group by design, so every voice has room to be heard.

Who This Is For: People who are tired of knowing what they need to do and still not being able to do it. People who feel like they're juggling everything and falling apart. Neurodivergent folks, whether you're diagnosed, self-identified, or just curious.
Spots are limited to keep the space intimate and supportive.

About Your Host — Lizzie Frederiksen
Lizzie is an ADHD and life coach based in Scotland who works with people all over the world. She completed her training with the ADHD Coach Academy (ADDCA) in 2022 and has since built a full-time coaching practice helping late-diagnosed adults build lives that don't just work for their brains, but bring them real, actual joy.
She knows this world from the inside. Diagnosed with ADHD at 25, she spent years wondering why nothing seemed to stick, despite having endless ideas, passion, and capability. That diagnosis changed everything. Now she brings that lived experience into every room she's in.
She has a particular love for creative, driven, probably a bit chaotic people who are tired of just getting through it, and want to make some pretty wild ideas a reality.
    Learn more about her here.
