ADHD Learning: When Perfect is the Enemy of Good

Details
Letting perfect be the enemy of good is one of the primary sources of procrastination. Sometimes we don't even recognize it when it happens, and it is not only perfectionists that are held up by this mistake.
Some of the more common symptoms we see when this type of perfectionism is the real underlying problem are:
- Not finishing tasks
- Not starting projects
- Turning work in late
- Experiencing negative self talk at setbacks
- Accomplishing ANYTHING but what we intended to do
If any of those sound familiar, come join us for a talk about how to identify when this is your true barrier and what can be done to get us unstuck and moving again.
This meeting will start with a presentation on the topic and will include opportunity for group discussion. We will follow with an open question/comment forum.
