Want some Adult ADHD seminars and networking? Monday nights in Clairemont
Interested in connecting with other ADHDers and the people who support us? On most Monday nights there are Free Adult ADHD Information Seminars held in the Learning Development Services (LDS) offices at 3754 Clairemont Dr. Check out the Monday Meetups for Adult ADHD (https://learningdevelopmentservices.com/adult-meetings). If anyone from that meeting wants to keep talking afterwards, then please feel free to continue with convos at Starbucks! After all the info we can get in the LDS presentations, connecting directly with like-minded peeps has been wonderful! When they need to lock up LDS at 8pm, everyone is invited to keep talking with each other. There's a Starbucks just up the street from LDS at the Starbucks at 3895 Clairemont Dr. Annotated map (https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1U_dL0JWWu6oZFcUf7zF7gfssNZ4&ll=32.80972818993689%2C-117.20158396844062&z=17) Click this link to find out more about the schedule of speakers coming up at the Learning Development Service's Monday Meetings for Adult ADHD. (https://learningdevelopmentservices.com/adult-meetings) Please RSVP here if you intend to stay late! [please note: even though it says I (drmel) will be there to host, I’m not actually able to attend these sessions very often at all right now! But you can contact me anytime with questions! Text me at[masked] And, given that meet ups are much nicer when there is a host, would *you* consider inviting people to head to Starbucks after any LDS session you attend? ] Disclaimer notice: While supportive of the great work at Learning Development Services, we are not officially affiliated in any way.

What we're about

We are a growing group of divergent and remarkable (aka "non-neurotypical") people, meeting to connect with likeminded souls, share resources, and be mutually supportive. We are looking for ways to work through our challenges and figure out how to make progress on our goals faster.

Many of us have suspected we have or have been officially diagnosed with ADHD. We've got loads of experience and stories we can share about being different and trying to manage our lives.

Curious and supportive friends and family are also encouraged to come and connect - your perspectives are incredibly helpful!

It has helped so much to find other people we can relate to, and you can ask us anything!

Message us if you'd like more information.
