Meet & Greet for Adults with ADHD

Please consider joining us at the next meeting of "Hey Look, a Squirrel"- the only social and support group in San Diego organized by and for adults with ADHD. This "Meet & Greet" will be at Old Town Saloon on Thursday, January 11th from 7 PM until 9 PM.

The last meeting was both interesting and fun. While we kept the "no agenda" random format, we played a "name-remembering" game after we started, and our co-host Setche came up with the idea for "ADHD Bingo" which got everyone talking. It would be fun to try that one again and maybe even improve on it a bit. Other ideas for this next, or future meetings are welcome.

This event is free and open to all adults with ADHD, and our allies. Please support the tribe by making it if you can and help us get the word out by sharing this invitation with others who may be interested.

The venue is about as ADHD-friendly as you can get - lots of room to roam and you don't have to show up at exactly 7 PM. One downside is there is no food in this bar so you may want to grab something to eat before you come. The Old Town Saloon is centrally located, close to public transportation and parking isn't horrible if you don't mind walking a few blocks from the "park and ride" near the trolley station.
