Description: Pronounced Fork-Ed Lake (no joke), we are going to start by going left from the launch to explore the West end of the lake and the small stream at the far end. After that we can head East and South to explore the lake, I do not intend on going into the Northern branch of the lake as this is private property. We could be here for a short time or we could spend the whole day, it’s up to the group.

Difficulty: Easy, all flat water with no portages or carries. We could do anywhere from 5-10 miles or more depending on the groups preferences.

Safety: PFDs are required to be worn on our trips. A whistle or appropriate sounding device is also required. The days will be short, please also bring a white light. Dress appropriately for the weather, this is a cold water paddle a dry suit will be required to paddle with the group.
