Eighth Lake Base Camping

There are several day trips in the Old Forge area that alone do not warrant the drive for a day trip, so I am taking 5 days and 4 nights at a campground to do each of these on the same trip. I have reserved site 17 at Eighth Lake Campground Sunday-Thursday, day trips will be Monday - Thursday. Arrival will be Sunday night and is just so that I can get a later start Monday morning without driving all the way in and setting up camp. My site can accommodate up to 6 people between two cars and two tents. At the time of posting all the sites near site 17 are open. You are welcome to share my site, get your own or just show up for the day trips. Please let me know when you sign up for the trip what you are planning on doing and which days you plan on staying overnight.

Because we will be car camping I will have something hot to eat each night, I will need an accurate head count to have enough food.
