One thing I’ve been thinking about lately is how much small actions matter. We often wait for the “right time” or a big opportunity, but real progress usually comes from simple things—like showing up, staying consistent, and being willing to try.
Even joining a meeting like this might seem small, but over time, these moments add up. They build confidence, connections, and new ideas.
And the nice thing about a space like this is you can participate however you feel comfortable—you can give a speech, share a quick thought, just listen, or even just chat.
So my takeaway is simple: just keep showing up and stay open. You never know which small step will make a big difference later.
