BFSestimates: R Package to Estimate Confidence Intervals of BFS Structural Survey

The BFSestimates R-package estimates the confidence intervals of the BFS structural survey (SE/RS) and mobility and transport micro-census (MZMV/MRMT). Users can estimate the confidence intervals of total and mean estimates for Switzerland and individual cantons.

Wir haben den täglichen Gasverbrauch im Kanton Basel-Stadt in Abhängigkeit von Wettervariablen und Tagesattributen (Wochenende, Feiertage, Schulferien oder Veranstaltungen) modelliert. Der Vergleich zwischen dem erwarteten und dem tatsächlichen Verbrauch gibt Aufschluss über mögliche Verhaltensänderungen der Konsumenten. Der Analysecode ist auf der Renku-Plattform verfügbar, die die Reproduktion der Resultate und Veränderungen am Modell erlaubt.
