Photography at Anchor Diamond

Now that the fall colors are past. Lets explore the trails and find some macro subjects to photograph. Meet at exit 18 park and ride at 9:25 for a 9:30 am. departure or at the trail head at 10:00 am. Wear orange or pink as hunting season is open.
Anchor Diamond Park at Hawkwood is located at the corner of Route 50 and Middleline Road, at the site of the former Hawkwood property. This 246-acre property was purchased in 2015 through the generosity of Mr. Frank Schidzick in his will. The property, with a conservation easement from Saratoga PLAN (Preserving Land and Nature), is now a passive park for all Town residents, with multiple trails and historic remains of the mansion and its many outbuildings.
