Big Bend Preserve, part of Moreau Lake State Park is an 860-acre preserve alongside the Hudson River in the Town of Moreau, NY. With a diverse mix of barrens, open forest, and wetlands, Big Bend Preserve is an ideal place to escape into nature and explore. Hike along three to six miles of gentle trails taking in the surrounding views of mountains, ponds, rivers, and local wildlife. Bring extra battery, micro spikes and snowshoes. Dress in layers.
