The Hubbardton Zen Garden Japanese - style garden created over several years by film maker Carson Kit Davidson who bought the land in 1966, spent the rest of his life shaping and designing the garden.
Includes, trails carefully placed stones, mossy paths water features quiet places to contemplate.
The garden sits in a natural bowl on the mountain side.
Weekdays avoids a crowd allows for more photography opportunity and exploration.
Bring fluids, snacks boots lenses, bug dope and rain gear in case of pop up showers.
