Apley Woods, Shawbirch, and the Silkin Way Circular Evening Walk ( 4.7 ) miles.

This is a lovely walk through picturesque Apley Woods, which has lovely wood carvings, and the Dothill Nature Reserve. There are 7 different pools along the way. I can guarantee that you will see a Deer and a couple of Badgers too. We will be combining this walk with Pathfinders once again. The walk will be generally flat but to avoid the noisy and busy A442 there will be a slight incline for around 200 metres. There might be mud in some places especially after rainfall, so strong sturdy footwear is recommended. There are no stiles. There will be just a few steps to walk up.
All dogs will have to be on a short lead for the duration of the walk. This is for the safety and comfort of everyone. There might be a few of us going for a drink in the Woolpack pub after the walk and you are very welcome to join us if you can.
