What we’re about
Living with ADHD can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be. This weekly support group is a safe space for adults with ADHD to connect, learn, share, about the beautifully chaotic experience of living with a neurodivergent brain.
Each meeting will start with a short lecture on topics like ADHD, neuroplasticity, and coping strategies, followed by open discussion and support.
We meet both virtually and in person at the Amherst Library, making it easy to join from wherever you are.
My intent is to grow this group into a space where we can support each other while also having fun.
In the future, we’ll plan additional activities together, and I’d love your input on what that could look like!
Whether you’re struggling, ready to level up, or just want to hang out with your tribe, you’re welcome here. This group can be a place where you will be enabled to turn your intentions into reality.
