About us

Join us for our next Cambridgeshire Adult ADHD online session, focused on deepening understanding of adult ADHD and exploring practical, real-world strategies for managing its impact on daily life.

These sessions are supportive, structured, and discussion-led, offering space to share experiences, reflect, and learn from others who genuinely understand the challenges of adult ADHD. Topics typically include coping strategies, organisation, emotional regulation, work and relationships, and navigating diagnosis later in life.

As interest in the group continues to grow, our aim is to build a thoughtful, respectful community of adults who want meaningful conversation rather than surface-level advice. This group is particularly suited to:

  • Adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified)
  • Those recently diagnosed and seeking clarity
  • Partners or supporters who want a deeper understanding of adult ADHD

To keep sessions safe and constructive, attendees are asked to engage respectfully and be open to reflection and shared learning.

Michael Ling facilitates the group and is an ADHD coach specialising in practical, personalised strategies for adults. Those looking for additional 1-to-1 support outside the group can find more information at:
