Adult ballet classes for all who want to learn or improve their skills!
Beginner ballet level, intermediate fitness.
Attire: Comfortable workout clothing, socks/bare feet/ballet shoes.
Please arrive 15 minutes early if possible!
Janine holds a BFA in Dance from the University of the Arts, a MA from the Royal Academy of Dance in London, and her PhD studies were out of the University of Wolverhampton, UK (Dance Medicine and Science). After her extensive performing career and teaching in higher ed, Janine now uses her research on aging and range of motion to help anyone interested to enjoy ballet as a fitness catalyst to foster healthy aging and longevity. Come have some fun!
