Come try Adult Ballet for fitness! NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. The 90-minute lesson focuses on safe warmup, basic ballet skills that build strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio, followed by a gentle cool down.
Attire: comfortable exercise clothing, bare feet, socks, or ballet shoes (optional).
Fitness level is moderate and skill level pitched to beginners.
Alternate exercises/safe differentiation is offered.
Each class is 15.00 via cash or Venmo.
The Philly location has street parking and a pay lot just next to the building.
