Hey! Let's get outside and play before the imminent extreme heat hits! I love doing Sundays starting a bit b4 sunset/ending a bit after, so it being almost summer solstice rn, 7-9's ideal cuz I HATE the level of pre-dusk heat. Ppl can play up til 10 if they wanna stay later.

Cuz we meet around dusk, BRING A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF BUG SPRAY fr (or at least enough 4 yourselves.) I GOT EATEN ALIVE LAST NIGHT/THEY'RE OUT & ABOUT TODAY AND I'M LOW ON MY OFF! HEB HAS $1.97 BOTTLES BY CHECKOUT ON SALE RN.
.
BRING PLENTY OF WATER TOO. THE SCHOOL LOOKS LIKE IT HAS FOUNTAINS AND GREAT BATHROOMS, BUT NEITHER AT NIGHT!

Bring plenty of water/electrolyte drinks 2 hydrate that'll last you 2hrs+ Visors, hats or shades recommended for the first half of the sunset events.

I'm low on tennis balls/half of what I've got are deflated crap, so ne extras are appreciated. No obligation! We just need ENOUGH balls for 14 ppl 2 play across 3, maybe 4 courts.

If u need 2 borrow a raquet lmk. I have 2 spares, 1st come 1st served.

Cu at 7 Sunday, my Meetup App doesn't work right on my phone, so I try to tell ppl what I'm wearing or how to identify me b4 driving over (my phone app isn't an option, but use yours if u have it to find us by posting a comment to the event page everyone can see/reply to.) Co-organizer Jake is attending and very friendly/welcoming if u don't see me, look out for him, blonde guy! Def post a comment on the event via app if ur trying to find us, these courts aren't numbered, unfortunately.

Blah, blah, I'm wicked tired, so since we've got a big crowd tonight, I might volunteer to sit out a lot so everyone can play/get their exercise and practice in! If mosquitoes decide they wanna eat you (instead of me!?) tonight, I'd wear socks that are a bit higher and cover your ankles completely/maybe bring a LIGHT layer of pants or long sleeves to put on. They got my ankles the worst Sat PM, followed by my wrists and hands of all places. Wasn't itchy last night/used Aveeno oatmeal stuff pre-emptively, but I was drowning myself in CLEAR Calamine lotion just now ($3-$4 at WalMart, no waiting on that pink crap!) See y'all later....looking like tired crap. Yay for our overachieving co-organizer/host Jake!
