What we’re about

This group is for Allistic (non-autistic) adults who were raised in autistic families—parents, siblings, or both.

If you’ve ever felt emotionally invisible, overly responsible, misinterpreted, or like you grew up in a world where your needs were never mirrored or met, you’re not alone.

Many of us have spent years navigating the lasting impact of being the “translator,” the “emotion holder,” questioning the validity of our experiences or being the one adapting endlessly in a family that couldn’t always see us clearly.

This group is a low-pressure, judgment-free space to connect with others who just get it—without needing to over-explain or apologize for your experience.

We’ll meet occasionally in-person (and possibly online) to talk, listen, share, or simply be in a room where you’re not the odd one out.

No diagnosis is required—only your lived experience.

🟣 Whether you're still in contact with your family or have gone no-contact, you're welcome.
🟣 Whether you want to share your story or just listen silently, you're welcome.
🟣 Whether you’re unsure how to talk about this at all—you’re especially welcome.
