Meeting point , Walk from Rope tackle Arts centre Shoreham by sea to Bramber castle ruins Sunday 2 nd November 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. Following the River Adur up to Bramber village visiting the castle ruins. Various landmarks along the way of lancing college, Shoreham cement works, upper beeding then onto Bramber. A circular walk of 9 miles, with one or two rest stops, some public toilets along the route, with a pub drink at the end at the Red lion pub in Shoreham. Please bring waterproofs, packed lunch , flask of coffee or water stored in your back pack. Walk mainly on the flat along the River Adur. Some local history, good views if possible and dry weather 🙏🤞🎒🌅. Might see some swans ? or other bits of nature along the way.
