Qigong in the Park

THIS SUNDAY Del Mar’s winter event will close 15th. Street. OPTIMAL PARKING for Qigong may be in the 11th St & Coast Hwy underground parking on the west side of the street for free. Main Street (Coast Hwy) event is 1–5pm. 15th St closes at 7:30AM.
Join us at the upper Seagrove Park on 15th. St in Del Mar. Everyone welcome, no experience necessary. Dress comfortably. We will sense, cultivate, and direct vital life force energy (Qi) within and around us in a beautiful natural setting.
