Blood Pressure Screening: Blood pressure is one of the most important heart health screenings because high blood pressure usually has no symptoms and cannot be detected without being measured. The Inova station includes on-the-spot blood pressure results along with an educational component provided by our wellness educators.
Funded by Potomac Health Foundation's 2024-2025 Howard L. Greenhouse Large Grant for Access to Health Screenings and Education for All, a project aimed at providing underserved populations with practice-based community wellness, preventive, and educational health services and programs that are easily accessible and welcoming to all.
