What we’re about

Hello there! I am gauging the interest of adults out there who live with mild to severe scoliosis or have had spinal fusion. The goal is to create a true community of support here in Seattle. I wish it to be a chance for everyone who goes through this to connect without judgment, shame or stress, just empathy.

About the group:

You’re trying to live a “normal” life with chronic pain, fatigue, mobility limits, body image struggles, anxiety, and social isolation caused by Scoliosis and/or Spinal Fusion….or you figured out how to cope with these? Then join us!!!

This group is a supportive, judgment-free community for adults living with scoliosis and/or spinal fusion who:
• Feel isolated or misunderstood
• Struggle with socializing, dating, or networking due to pain or limitations
• Want connection without pressure to “explain” their condition
• Are rebuilding confidence, identity, and joy after surgery or diagnosis

This is not a medical advice group. It’s a human connection group—built on empathy, shared experience, and mutual support.

You don’t need to be positive.
You don’t need to be “fixed.”
You just need to show up AS YOU ARE.
